Shipping policy
Yarra Valley Cycles - Shipping, Postage, Click and Collect or Hand Delivery Services.
- Yarra Valley Cycles Offers shipping and postage services via preferred postage partners (Auspost, TNT or other) Australia Wide (Only) this is for Parts and Accessories (Only) and does not include bikes.
- Most Bikes (except some BMX bikes) are unable to be shipped in a box, this is due to our National Dealer Agreements with each brand.
- BMX bikes that can be shipped in a box, this will be offered as an option at checkout.
- Shipping Rates on bikes and other large items are selected by default and cover most capital cities. Additional Freight Charges may apply should a product need delivering to a remote area, or all freight options are greater than the value paid at checkout.
- Products that incidently offer low or free shipping may require a shipping charge to actually get them delivered. This rate is calculated based on the rate offered by TNT at the time.
- YVC Hand Delivery services for bikes are yet to be offered interstate (Bike Delivery is only available in Victoria), Checkout will determine the areas in which delivery can be made.
- Click and Collect services are available on all Online orders. Notification that a product or Bike is ready for collection will be sent to your provided email address when the order is ready for collection. If an order is urgently required, please reach out once the order is placed, and YVC will endeavour to get the order ready for collection ASAP.
