Whether you're after a top-tier mountain bike or essential accessories, we offer Studio 19 Rentals, Zip Pay, and traditional Lay-By options — giving you the freedom to pay your way. Ride now, pay later — with confidence and convenience.
Outside of these payment options, YVC accept all payment types in store, Cash, Credit Card, AMEX, Visa Gift Cards or Bank Transfer / PayID

A 1% Surcharge is applied to any Credit Card transaction over $1000, to avoid this fee YVC accept "On the Spot" Bank Transfer via BSB and A/N or PayID

  • Studio 19 Rental

    STUDIO 19 OFFER BIKE RENTAL OPTIONS

    • For "most" Bikes over $2500*
    • No addition fees or charges
    • Set your own minimum term
    • 6 Month to 36 Month Rental agreement options
    • Rental Agreement is calculated on the Contract Value of the Bike (Sale Price) therefore any discounts or promotional prices will form the repayment value
    • Bike Purchase will be offered at end of Rental Term
    • Can be cancelled any time, and a calculated Buy-Out figure will be calculated
    • Bikes do not need to be sold privately via second hand market, making Studio 19 a easy option for when bike is nearing Rental Term
    • Condition of Rental is that the Bike must be returned with the original Contract parts or components, or similar replacement parts. Anyt upgrades will need to be removed and original parts need to be re-fitted once Rental period is completed and bike bike is returned.

  • Lay-By

    • Yarra Valley Cycles most popular payment option is Lay-By
    • We offer up to 3 Months Lay-By on any product, with a minimum 10% deposit required on all Lay-By's, or $500 on any Lay-By over $2000*
    • Payment in full must be paid prior to Bike or Product being collected
    • 7-Days Grace - A full refund will be made for any Lay-By that is cancelled within 7 days, less the cost of labour for fitting any parts, or any custom works
    • No refund is available for Bikes/Products that are special ordered
    • A Cancellation Fee of 25% is retained on any Lay-By that is cancelled within the 3 month period
    • Any Deposit Paid on Lay-By's will be retained should the bike/product not be collected within 6 months*
    • Written notification to cancel a Lay-By is required via Text to 0482086880
