Local and Regional Victoria is set to $70, Interstate Base rate is $139 to most major cities on regular pedal bikes, E-Bikes will be extra due to battery and weight. 
Areas oustside of Metro may incure additional shipping, and remote or regional areas will incur some extra costs. 
As a rule, Shipping rarely costs more than $300, and YVC are happy to pass on "only" the exact value. All bikes ship with some insurance for loss or damage via TNT.
